What exactly is the pilot program?

We're partnering with three hospital departments to use Dailies for six months at no cost. You get full platform access from day one — no feature restrictions, no lite version. In return, we ask for honest feedback and a willingness to engage with our team as we continue building.

Is there any commitment or contract?

No contract, no credit card, no obligation. The pilot is genuinely free for six months. We'll ask for a short introductory call first to make sure Dailies is a good fit for your department's operations — that's the only requirement to get started.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is fully hands-on and takes about two weeks. We configure your zones, staff profiles, credential rules, and shift windows together — and work directly with your charge nurses and administrators during setup and go-live. You don't figure it out from a help doc; we're there with you.

What happens after the six months?

We'll have an honest conversation about what the experience was like and whether Dailies continues to be a fit. There's no automatic billing or rollover — anything beyond the pilot is a decision you make with full information in hand.

What does Dailies actually track?

Dailies tracks zone assignments, rotation history, credentials, and staffing patterns across your department. It does not interface with patient records or EHR data — it's purely an operational tool for managing how staff are assigned to zones each shift.
