How is Dailies priced?

Dailies is $1,000/month per ED site, billed annually ($12,000/year). If you prefer to pay month-to-month, it's $1,200/month. This is our exclusive founding customer pricing — the rate is locked in for the life of your agreement. Enterprise health systems deploying across multiple sites receive tiered volume discounts; contact us for a custom quote.

What is the free 6-month pilot?

We're offering 3 founding EDs 6 months of Dailies completely free — full platform access, hands-on onboarding, and direct support from our team throughout. After the pilot period, standard founding customer pricing applies. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

What's included in onboarding?

Onboarding is fully hands-on and included at no extra cost. We configure your zones, roles, shift windows, and algorithm settings together — and work directly with your charge nurses and administrators during Week 1 setup and Week 2 go-live.

Can we add more sites later?

Yes. Additional sites are added to your agreement at the per-site rate, with volume discounts applied for multi-site deployments. Health systems with multiple EDs should contact us for enterprise pricing.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?

No. Onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support are all included in the subscription — no separate implementation fees, ever.
